These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and laki33 ("laki33", "we", "us", "the Platform"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at laki33.app. By registering a laki33 account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. 2.4 In the event of any conflict between a translated version of this Agreement and the English version, the English version shall prevail.
3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to open a laki33 Account or participate in any gaming or betting activity on the Platform. laki33 enforces a strict 21+ policy and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.
3.2 Capacity. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts and that no legal disability, court order, or regulatory restriction prevents you from doing so.
3.3 Self-Exclusion. Persons who have previously requested self-exclusion from the laki33 Platform or from any other gambling operator through a recognised self-exclusion scheme are not permitted to register or maintain an Account on the Platform.
3.4 Employee Restriction. Employees of laki33, its affiliates, software providers, payment processors, or any contractor providing services to laki33, and their immediate family members, are not permitted to hold a player Account on the Platform.
To access laki33's real-money services, you must complete the registration process accurately and in full. You agree to provide true, current, and complete information as prompted during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Pakistani mobile number.
Each individual player is permitted to hold one laki33 Account only. The opening of duplicate Accounts — whether under the same or different names — is strictly prohibited. laki33 uses technical and administrative controls to detect duplicate registrations. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, laki33 will close all but the first verified Account, and any bonus funds or winnings generated through a duplicate Account will be voided.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your laki33 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. laki33 will treat any activity performed using your Account credentials as activity authorised by you. laki33 is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals and, in some cases, prior to granting access to certain promotional offers. You may be required to submit a copy of your valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, and proof of your payment method. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of your Account and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.
You may request the closure of your laki33 Account at any time by contacting the laki33 support team. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in your Account will be refunded to your most recently used verified payment method within 5 business days, provided all KYC requirements have been met and no outstanding wagering obligations remain.
laki33 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following approved payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer, and standard inter-bank transfers within Pakistan. All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
The minimum single deposit on the laki33 Platform is Rs 300. laki33 does not charge any deposit processing fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges, which are outside laki33's control.
Withdrawal requests submitted by verified laki33 players are processed within one hour on average during normal operating conditions. laki33 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests exceeding certain thresholds before releasing funds. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible.
Bonus Funds and winnings generated from Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been fully satisfied. laki33 is committed to compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. laki33 will not process withdrawals to payment methods other than those used for deposits. laki33 reserves the right to delay or refuse any withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect that the funds involved are the proceeds of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity, and may report such suspicions to the appropriate authorities.
6.1 All laki33 bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each promotion on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between general bonus terms in this Agreement and the specific terms of a given promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
6.2 Bonuses are offered to laki33 players at laki33's sole discretion. laki33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
6.3 A player may only claim each laki33 welcome bonus once. Players found to have opened multiple Accounts for the purpose of claiming the same bonus multiple times will have all associated Accounts suspended and all bonus-related winnings voided.
6.4 laki33 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus credited to a player's Account if laki33 determines, in its reasonable discretion, that the bonus was claimed in error, as a result of a technical fault, or in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
6.5 Unless expressly stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, laki33 bonuses may only be used to place wagers within the laki33 Platform and may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or used to fund bets on behalf of third parties.
7.1 All sports bets placed on the laki33 Platform, including cricket, PSL, football, UFC, and other markets, are subject to laki33's applicable sportsbook rules as published on the Platform at the time of betting.
7.2 laki33 reserves the right to void, suspend, or restrict any bet or betting market at its discretion where it reasonably suspects irregular betting patterns, match-fixing concerns, or data feed errors.
7.3 In-play bets are accepted subject to real-time availability. laki33 will not be held liable for bets placed based on stale or delayed odds where a discrepancy arises due to network latency or data feed interruption.
7.4 Where a sporting event is postponed, abandoned, or otherwise fails to reach a conclusive result within 24 hours of its scheduled start time (unless specifically provided for in applicable sport-specific rules), all single bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned. Accumulator bets will be settled as if the voided selection was not included.
8.1 All casino games available on the laki33 Platform, including slots, live dealer games, table games, and instant-win products, are governed by their individual game rules as displayed within the game interface.

8.3 In the event of a technical malfunction or game error, laki33 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return all stakes to the relevant players. laki33 will not honour payouts that arise directly from a software error, display fault, or interrupted network connection on either the player's or laki33's side.
8.4 Progressive jackpot amounts displayed on the Platform are approximate and subject to change at the moment of capture due to real-time pooling. The amount confirmed at the time the jackpot is formally triggered shall be the winning amount.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the laki33 Platform and constitute a material breach of this Agreement:
laki33 reserves the right to immediately suspend and permanently close any Account where prohibited conduct is detected, to void all wagers and bonuses associated with that Account, and to pursue all available legal remedies where losses have been incurred as a result of such conduct.
10.1 laki33 is committed to the welfare of all Pakistani players on the Platform. laki33 provides a range of responsible gaming tools that players may activate at any time from their Account settings, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion.

10.3 laki33 operates a strict 21+ age policy. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be closed immediately and all funds handled in accordance with laki33's minor protection procedures.
11.1 All intellectual property on the laki33 Platform — including but not limited to the laki33 brand name, logo, website design, software, graphics, game content, and marketing materials — is owned by or licensed to laki33 and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
11.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the laki33 Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any laki33 content.
11.3 Any unauthorised use of laki33's intellectual property will result in immediate Account suspension and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.
12.1 The laki33 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While laki33 makes reasonable efforts to maintain continuous availability, laki33 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
12.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, laki33's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player into their laki33 Account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the liability.
12.3 laki33 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
12.4 laki33 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under this Agreement where such failure or delay arises from circumstances beyond laki33's reasonable control, including acts of God, government action, internet service disruption, or third-party payment processor failures.
13.1 laki33 collects, stores, and processes your personal data in accordance with the laki33 Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy and forms part of this Agreement.
13.2 By registering a laki33 Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including its use for KYC verification, fraud prevention, marketing communications (where separately opted into), and regulatory compliance purposes.
13.3 laki33 will not sell your personal data to third parties. laki33 may share data with trusted service providers, payment processors, and regulatory bodies where required by applicable law or by laki33's licensing obligations.
14.1 laki33 reserves the right to amend, supplement, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, laki33 will provide at least 14 days' prior notice to registered players via the email address on file, or by posting a prominent notice on the laki33 Platform.
14.2 If you do not accept any amended terms, you must cease using the laki33 Platform and request the closure of your Account before the amended terms take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Agreement.
15.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under laki33's operating licence. Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under applicable local law.

15.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through laki33's internal complaints process within 8 weeks of the initial complaint being lodged, you may refer the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body specified in laki33's licensing conditions.
15.4 These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and laki33 and supersede all prior representations, warranties, and agreements relating to the subject matter hereof.
